Am I missing something?

Great idea for an app but it goes off whenever an email is forwarded to my iPhone and the email notifier vibrates (which is about every two minutes). And when I receive a call while the Thief Alert is activated, as soon as the call is terminated the alarm goes off. Annoying. Plus, it apparently doesnt work when the backlight is off and the screen is locked until the home button is pushed, then it goes off. So if a thief knows enough to push the home button (the only button on the phone) and set it off, its a pretty safe bet they will push the button again right away to disable it. Im totally bummed.
